If it's possible to repair
your product, after sending photos or call us within 4-7 working days, the
after sales services' technicians will refer to your place for troubleshooting.

will call you 1 day before and on the same day, for more respect to you and

If there is no possibility
for repairing your product, our experts will call you and if u were agree, they
will examine the process of ordering new parts for your product and inform you the
cost of it.

If there were no informing
about the receipt, Forestmobl will have no responsibility about the ordering
parts or refund the cost and your documents will be archived automatically.

The time of supplying spare
parts after informing the receipt number, will be proportional to the time of supplying
goods.

If the warranty card has
not expired, according to the provisions of warranty will be acting.
